1. Application and scope

UAVideo Ads is an independent local advertising management and reporting application for the operator's own or explicitly authorized Google Ads accounts. This website provides public application information and policies. It does not offer public registration or an online advertising account-management service.

2. Authorization and user responsibilities

Users must hold the necessary permissions for the accounts and creative content they manage and comply with Google Ads policies, Google API terms and applicable law. Users are responsible for reviewing creatives, targeting, budgets, bids and submitted content before requesting operations.

Unauthorized account access, attempts to evade platform restrictions, and unlawful or infringing content are prohibited. Account operations must remain within the account's permissions and the operator's explicit instructions.

3. Prohibited content

UAVideo Ads and its Google API integrations must not be used to create, obtain, distribute or promote AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), sexual exploitation, or content violating privacy or image rights. Operators must check content rights, required consent and advertising-policy compliance.

These are acceptable-use requirements, not a claim that the application implements automated content detection. Google user data must not be used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

4. Advertising charges and third-party services

Account holders remain responsible for Google Ads charges under their agreement with Google and for any separately selected third-party services. Visiting this website does not create advertisements or incur advertising spend.

API access levels and quotas, advertisement review decisions, platform availability and advertising performance depend on the respective service providers. UAVideo Ads does not guarantee API access upgrades, verification approval, ad approval or a particular financial return.

5. Data and termination of use

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Users may stop using the application, revoke Google authorization and request deletion of relevant records as described there. Revoking access does not automatically delete existing local reports or advertising resources held by Google.

6. Changes and limitations

The application may change or be suspended as APIs and workflows evolve. Users should retain necessary business records and check operation results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
